Welcome!
To make sure every appointment goes smoothly and each client has the best possible experience, please review my policies below. They help keep things running effectively and allow me to give each of you my fullest attention.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I totally understand that plans change and am happy to accommodate as best as I can. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible! Because time and resources go into preparing for each appointment, I kindly require at least 24 hours notice, PER HOUR BOOKED. This helps me accommodate all my clients fairly and efficiently.  If you have a 3 hr. appointment, you'll need to give me 3 days notice, etc.  Some longer appointments may require a deposit to book.

Fees for not meeting the required notice.:

  • Notice Given Prior to 24 Hours: $30 per day missed

  • Same-Day Notice (Morning of Appointment): $45 per hour booked

  • No Call/No Show: $65 per hour booked

These fees ensure that I can continue offering the best experience for everyone. If you’re in a difficult spot, please feel free to reach out—I’m happy to work with you when possible.

 

Late Arrival Policy

I understand that life happens! If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Here’s how we handle it:

  • 5-10 Minutes Late: No worries; just give me a heads up.

  • 10-15 Minutes Late: Let’s adjust as needed to fit the time.

  • 20+ Minutes Late: Your service may need to be modified, and a late fee may apply to ensure I can honor the schedule for all clients.

 

Booking & Consultation Policy

All new color clients are encouraged to book a free virtual consultation. This helps us design the perfect look for you and allows me to prepare for your unique hair goals and needs.  Appointments booked online are subject to adjustment.

 

Redo & Returns Policy

My goal is to offer you the highest level of service and satisfaction. If you’re ever less than thrilled with your results, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to schedule a time to remedy those issues, at no additional charge.  While I am 100% committed to your satisfaction, sometimes we are dealing with extra limitations and results could not be guaranteed.  In this event, next steps taken are subject to my discretion and in accordance with maintaining the integrity of you hair. 

Should you be unsatisfied with your retail purchase, I will exchange your product for another or offer a full credit within, 15 days of purchase.
