How should I prepare for my first visit?
If you're coming in for color, we should ideally have done a consultation first. For most services, slightly dirty hair is best—don’t worry, you won’t miss out on the shampoo (it's the best part!). If you're coming in for a fashion color retouch without lightening, please have your hair washed no more than 36 hours before your appointment.

What is your pricing structure for new clients?
My pricing is the same for everyone. For first-time appointments, I recommend booking a slightly longer block than you think—you’ll want extra time to ensure we can fully meet your goals without feeling rushed.

Is there parking?
Yes! There’s a small lot attached to the building (only the spots on the right). The modern meters on the block are affordable and not strictly monitored, though they may fill up on busy days. Residential parking on the nearby cross streets is free, and coin-only meters are available across the street, with plenty of spots. Need change? I’ve got a jar for you!

When should I arrive?
Aim to arrive at your scheduled time. Life happens, so being within 5 minutes of your start time is perfectly fine. If you're running 10-15 minutes late, let me know so we can adjust if possible. For anything beyond 20 minutes, the service may need to be modified, and fees could apply.

Can I bring kids?
I’d love for this to be your time, but I understand life happens—especially with little ones! If you need to bring them, no problem. Just know that it might affect the timing of your service.

What’s your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours' notice per hour booked. You’ll get a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment, but if your service is 3+ hours long, please be sure to give enough notice to avoid fees. Check my policies for full details.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! I don’t have anything for you to change into, so I suggest avoiding anything too fancy or important. I’ll drape you as best as I can, but if something requires extra caution, just let me know. I also control the thermostat, so if you're too hot or cold, we can adjust the temperature to your liking.
